We offer a complete production process with CNC milling technology - from design and modelling to finishing and mechanical processing. By combining the excellence of the technology itself and our efforts, we deliver top products that make us recognizable. We are equipped to work with horizontal and vertical spindles, with the possibility of automatic and manual production and finishing. A wide range of our work processes allows us to meet any challenges that customers ask us - whether they need spare parts, a set of machines, metal elements for various purposes, prototypes. We produce complex shapes and difficult angles. Therefore, we directly influence the production speed of the final product, but also reduce the number of operations required to complete the production process.
We make an electrode of copper or graphite by CNC milling or turning, then a program for the process is created, and finally the electro-erosion process is carried out. The advantages of this process are high accuracy, processing quality, no change in the structure of the material, suitable for materials that have been pre-treated by heat processing.
As a special production and treatment technology, we offer coordinate drilling, which guarantees high precision and allows drilling holes and openings at a very precise distance from each other. Using coordinate drilling operations, we offer - drilling, expanding, countersinking and reaming, as well as techniques for creating openings and holes (drilling, drilling deep openings and holes and threading). In coordinate drilling, we use all types of tools available for coordinate drills, thus making the range of services wide.
Grinding services - flat and round. The grinding process itself guarantees extremely precise machining by separating the particles from the workpiece. By grinding, we can achieve a fine and completed finish of hard surfaces, whether they are flat, cylindrical or complex in shape.
We offer a scraping service, a machining process that forms rotating workpieces: Shafts, drive shafts, sleeves, strap-wheels, flywheels, pistons, cylinders, bolts, nuts, etc. The basic operations of scraping are external and internal longitudinal processing, external and internal transverse processing, cutting of external and internal grooves, cutting edges on internal and external surfaces, machining of internal and external cones, threading, making profiles and internal surfaces, drilling axial holes and holes, etc.
Our plastic factory injects products of the highest quality, widely used in the sports industry - electrical, mechanical and other industries, according to the highest production standards of the European Union. Thanks to the most modern technologies and equipment, with which our plant is equipped, we are able to meet the requirements of our customers in optimal time. The most modern production machines with clamping force from 50 to 850 tons, as well as the possibility to process all types of plastics PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA6 / PA6.6, POM, PMMA, PC, PPO with and without glass fibre content up to 50% .
We offer laser engraving on all materials in the process of exposure to a laser beam, which reaches a high temperature in the focus and thus removes the surface of the material. Laser engraving is mostly used for sensitive polymers, new metal alloys and specially designed materials. Laser engraving provides excellent opportunities for high-precision material removal, erosion, marking.

We produce tools according to drawing, 2D or 3D model and according to customer's requirements. We can offer a complete tooling production process, either based on drawings or models provided by the customer, or we can construct everything from scratch. We produce small and medium size tools with high precision. It is important to note that the tools we produce have a large mould hardness. At the same time, they are made with several technologies and techniques that together guarantee the precision and durability of the tools we produce.
We offer punching as a form of metal processing without separation of particles by metal-cutting processes or permanent deformation. Punches are tools that separate, reshape or join material on a press. Depending on the purpose, the tools are used on the punch: for cutting out, cutting off, punching, trimming, bending, drawing, riveting.
