Wire erosion is used to cut very precise shapes and patterns on metal tools. Thanks to the 5-axis erosion machine, very complex shapes can be produced, and tolerances are measured in microns.
We make an electrode of copper or graphite by CNC milling or turning, then a program for the process is created, and finally the electro-erosion process is carried out. The advantages of this process are high accuracy, processing quality, no change in the structure of the material, suitable for materials that have been pre-treated by heat processing.
As a special production and treatment technology, we offer coordinate drilling, which guarantees high precision and allows drilling holes and openings at a very precise distance from each other. We provide punching services with our own or tools from the customer. We have high-performance CNC hydraulic presses with automatic sheet metal feeders and pressures of up to 150 tons.
